Career Testing
Where do I fit? Where can I serve? What's my next step?
If you are asking these kinds of questions, Multnomah's Career Center can help you center your focus. Along with education and training, there are several tools available to help you in your quest:
- 16 PF/ Meyers-Briggs - This personality sorter helps you understand and affirm your innate personality and assess a career cluster that best maximizes who you are.
- DISC Profile - The DISC profile helps you understand how you best perform in career positions. This understanding provides more insight toward a career match.
- Spiritual Gift Inventory - This tool takes into account the spiritual gifts endowed to you, as a believer, through the Holy Spirit. Such knowledge offers another marker for career discernment.
- IDAK - This extensive instrument measures your innate talents, affirms your make up, and proposes a potential career match.
- Life-Focus Counsel - A part of our development is spiritual formation. God works in our lives and calls us to do good works. The life-mapping process, along with counsel, helps you discover divine-guideposts pointing toward service opportunities.
