A degree from Multnomah Bible College is extremely valuable and can be transferred into many arenas. That's why Multnomah has created an advanced career course that gives the student a comprehensive exposure to and practical application of career development. Our goal is to help students assess their natural talents and teach them the principles of wise career decision-making. In fact, Multnomah is so committed to assisting each student that this course is required during the junior or senior year and offers one-on-one mentoring with a trained career counselor. Each student takes a career assessment tool, the IDAK Career Match, and then validates the results through vocational surveys to experience the reality of the career options. The Career Match is a highly beneficial tool used in business and ministry organizations throughout the USA. Multnomah's goal is to guide and empower students in selecting career options that match their interests, values, and God-given innate abilities.
