Memorial Gifts
Gifts to Multnomah can be given in memory of a deceased loved one. A memorial gift shows thoughtful support for a ministry that was important to your family member or friend. When giving a memorial gift, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt, and the remembered person's family will receive a written acknowledgement of your gift. You may choose to designate your memorial gift for a particular project or allow it to be used in the school's area of greatest need.
Another way of honoring someone important in your life is by creating a memorial scholarship fund in his or her name. Please contact the Advancement Department for more information on establishing a scholarship.
Tribute Gifts
Gifts can be presented to Multnomah to commemorate a special event or honor a loved one. Most often, gifts are given in honor of the birth of a child, a graduation, a wedding, an anniversary, or a retirement. If you give a tribute gift, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt, and a note of acknowledgement will be sent to the honored person or persons.
As with other donations to Multnomah, you may choose to designate your gift for a particular project or allow it to be used in the school's area of greatest need.
