Real Estate Gifts

Multnomah Bible College and Biblical Seminary can assist you with giving gifts of both residential and commercial real estate. These properties can be either "developed" real estate or raw land. In addition to making an outright gift of real estate to Multnomah, you also may contribute real estate to a charitable remainder trust.

Highly appreciated real estate gifts can be very attractive from a tax standpoint. Multnomah's planned giving specialists in the Advancement Department will help guide you through the process of giving real estate. Gifts of real estate must meet certain criteria to be accepted by Multnomah Bible College and Biblical Seminary.
