Hello rachel, right now, we're working with the State of Nevada on the accreditation issue. It's just a process that every state handles differently and at their own pace! At any rate, Multnomah University in Portland is accredited, so it's only a matter of time and paperwork before the Reno-Tahoe campus is finished!

Currently, we are offering classes, but right now they are adult Bible education classes only. Eventually, we will offer all the way up to a bachelor's there, but it takes time to do it properly. You are welcome to contact the staff there directly for information until all of the above is settled.

There are more details about this process coming out in our next Multnomah Magazine in November. If you'd like to subscribe for free, please email me your information at rleary@multnomah.edu.

I'll do my best to keep you informed.

I have been looking all over the Reno area for an accredited Bible institute. It has not been easy. Do you offer Associate Degrees? Have you started the classes in the Reno area?

I have to admit, I actually had to look up the term "ecclesiogenic neurosis" to see exactly what you meant (and had a hard time since "ecclesiogenic" is not defined in dictionaries).
This is the best I could find: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8511952
It is my contention that you are mistaken on several fronts about the intended purpose of this obscure and seldom supported term. We aren't Catholics, there is no central "dogma", and our beliefs do not fall under any reasonable psychological classification of neurosis.

I'm not sure why you think we all support the "criminal bush crime cluster", but we don't take a position on political occurrences or officers. We are an institution of higher learning with a doctrinal statement. Believe me, there are many different opinions on the state of world affairs in the Christian community.

I hope we will be able to contribute to and benefit the entire Mountain West region around Reno. We are thankful for academic freedom, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech. Please be patient and I'm sure you will see that we seek to contribute as a partner in a community for the benefit of all.

Please!! We need fewer ecclesiogenic neurotics, not more. You people who supported the murderous, corrupt, criminal bush crime cluster are hypocrates to the 99th degree. You have a perverted moral compass! Please stay away.
