Single Student Apartments

Enjoy the independence of apartment housing, convenience of living on campus, and benefit of the natural fellowship and growth that occur from living in a supportive Christian environment by living in MU apartment housing for single students! This housing is reserved for single students age 21 and older, enrolled at least three-quater time in an MU program. There are many prices and options to choose from!

The Ambassador

Completed in 2013, The Ambassador boasts hardwood floors, granite counter tops, large living spaces, and environmentally conscientious construction. There are two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, as well as a community space, on-site laundry, and on-site secure bike shed.

Goodrick-Spencer Apartments

The Goodrick-Spencer apartment complex was built in 2001. All the apartments are two-bedroom units. They have an open floor-plan, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, wall-to-wall carpet, and are conveniently located right across the street from our main classroom buildings. On-site laundry is available.

Newton-Peter Scruggs Townhomes

The Scruggs townhomes were completed in 1995. Units used to house single students are typically three-bedrooms. The living room, large kitchen, large dining room, and half bath are located on the first floor. Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. On-site laundry is available. Because these units are a bit smaller than the other three-bedroom units on campus, pricing is lowered.

Priority

Unfortunately, there is limited space, so in general, applications are prioritized as follows:

  1. First priority to current residents
  2. Second priority to graduate-level students
  3. Third priority to undergraduate students age 21 and older

Note: Age, program, number of total completed credits, and other factors may also be taken into consideration by MU housing staff when prioritizing applications and room placements.
