The Justice Conference is a networked national conference committed to educating, inspiring and connecting a generation around a shared concern for the oppressed. The Justice Conference Portland, hosted at Multnomah University, is a self-organized partner site providing a live simulcast feed from Los Angeles. The Portland Conference also will feature its own pre-conference speaker sessions and exhibitors in order to empower others to effect change on behalf of the vulnerable.
As a distinct voice in the world of biblical higher education for more than 75 years, Multnomah University educates and equips Christian leaders. All of Multnomah’s programs have a robust biblical and theological framework, including programs crafted specifically for promoting justice and engaging cultures.
Multnomah’s graduate school offers a Master’s of Arts in Global Development and Justice, a degree that equips students to serve with compassion, alleviate poverty and fight injustice. Multnomah Biblical Seminary’s Master of Arts in Applied Theology program provides a Cultural Engagement track. And this year, the college announced the addition of an advanced Cultural Engagement concentration option under its Bible & Theology major.
