2012 Commencement

"The theme for this year's commencement is ‘seventy-five years of reflecting the light of Christ.' It's difficult to imagine anyone more appropriate to represent Multnomah's values and history at the significant milestone of our Diamond Anniversary than Luis," Multnomah's president Dr. Lockwood said.

"Luis has served on our Board of Trustees, and Multnomah and the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association have partnered together on all of the Portland Festivals over the last ten years. Many of our alumni serve or have served with the LPGA team. Luis' passion for Scripture, evangelism, global ministry, and community service embodies so many of Multnomah's values. His wonderful sense of humor and his passion for the Lord will make his address at this hallmark commencement celebration something to remember."
