  A survey of the languages, structure, canonicity, texts, manuscripts and versions of the Bible; consideration of extra-biblical Jewish writings, Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha, and textual criticism. Emphasis is given to the translation and history of the English Bible. Prerequisite: BIB 102.
