Memorial Hall Housing

Memorial Hall is open to single grad, seminary and DCP students. Men reside in the west wing and women in the east wing. All residents must abide by MU's code of conduct and adhere to MU contracts.

Eligibility

To qualify for Memorial Hall Housing, you must be single and enrolled in MU's graduate school, seminary or degree completion program. There is no minimum credits requirement.

Any roommates must also be enrolled as MU grad, seminary or DCP students. No co-ed roommates allowed. 

All students must pay an enrollment deposit and submit a refundable $200 security deposit with their housing application

  • Submit the application with a $200 refundable security deposit
  • Student Services will contact you with housing assignment info and move in instructions

Applications are accepted at any time; there are no specific application due dates. But the sooner you apply, the more likely you are to get the space you want. 

Agreement Terms, Billing & Deposit

  • 9-month lease agreement (August 20, 2014 to May 9, 2015)*
  • Summer-term agreement optional
  • $200 refundable security deposit

Rent is charged per semester and is applied to the student's account. Financial aid may be applied and/or students may break the balance they owe into monthly payments.

*Exceptions: Lease dates and billing procedures may be adjusted for non-traditional programs, such as DCP and MAC, according to the program's academic terms.

Pricing (2014-2015 academic year)

  • Per Student — Standard Room: $1,800* per semester    (1 student per room)
  • Per Student — Single Suite: $1,650* per semester           (2 students per room)
  • Per Student — Double Suite: $1,550* per semester          (3-4 students per room)

*All prices include utilities.

*Suites include extra sitting chairs.
