Seminary and Graduate

Single seminary students may enjoy the convenience of on-campus living and benefit from the fellowship and growth that naturally occurs from living in a supportive Christian environment. The beautiful North Goodrick-Spencer complex, built in 2002, houses single seminary students in twelve furnished, two bedroom, one bath apartments.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious and the total size is approximately 874 sq ft. Each unit typically houses three or four students. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 8 credits per semester to qualify to remain in seminary housing.
