Ground prepared for Seminary building

Students, staff, and faculty gathered on Jan. 18 to watch the ground-breaking ceremony for the new seminary building. Miriam Gibby led everyone in singing the first verse of "Great is Thy Faithfulness."
Construction on the seminary building will begin as soon as the city approves the last building permit. The construction company will complete the building in nine to 10 months.
Meanwhile, excavation on the building site continues.
Campus Services personnel have laid a path on the south side of Bradley to replace the well-used bark path to 87th Avenue that runs through the building site. Lloyd Helm, director of environmental services, asks students to avoid the construction site and equipment.
