Do you think the chuch should have a role in ending racism? Why or Why not?







Chris Judge,

"Churches should find ways to serve members of ethnic groups. We need to seek understanding of each other."



Abby Taylor,
senior, educational ministries:

"You need to love your neighbors whether they are black, white or orange. For goodness sake, Jesus was a Jew."






Nate Watkins,

"I don't think any institution can end racism. Racism is a heart problem, and you need to deal with the heart first,"

"We are called to love our neighbor as ourselves. We should accept each other as brothers."






Beth Coleman,
junior, journalism:

"The church, over the years, has been seen as causing and adding to racism. We need to work toward fixing that image ."






Jeremil Pajel

"By following the Great Commission, we will have a result toward ending racism. As we make disciples, there are no racial boundaries."
