Should Students Under 21 be Allowed to Live Off Campus?

Sheila Lickfold,
junior, journalism:

"Yes. Age doesn't determine maturity. You can be 18 and ready to live off campus or 30 and not mature enough."

Patrick Koschak,
sophomore, biblical languages:

"Maturity is not an issue of age. Some need the additional accountability that living in the dorm offers."

Amber Mull,
freshman, intercultural studies:

"Yes. I will have just turned 21 when I graduate."

Denise Nolan,
sophomore, elementary education:

"No, it depends on the person."

Andrew Marshall,
junior, pastoral ministries:

"It is wise for them [not to live off-campus] for accountability purposes."

Liz Oril,
junior, history:

"I'm graduating next year, and I'm 20. It should be based more on grade level."
