Become a wiser leader

Effective leaders are motivated and equipped to lead the church in honoring Christ and accomplishing its God-given purposes. This includes introducing others to Christ, serving the communities around the church, guiding disciples toward spiritual maturity and mentoring other leaders to serve.

To be equipped for such tasks requires a thorough understanding of Scripture, a dynamic personal relationship with Christ and a variety of leadership skills. Multnomah offers this program with a choice of emphases (pastoral leadership, spiritual formation, and global development and justice) that are designed to help graduates be wise, faithful and effective leaders in their current and future ministry locations.
