The Master of Arts in Christian Leadership with an Intercultural Studies emphasis builds on a foundation of Bible and theology to develop ministry skills for leadership service both at home and abroad. The program addresses the spiritual growth of individuals uniquely suited for intercultural service. The curriculum develops leadership and communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, and world-wide challenge. Except for the standard track first year, required courses are offered on a Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday schedule. This leaves the remainder of the week for research and internship.
