M.B.A., University of California-Irvine

B.A., Northwest Nazarene University

Hired in 2019

Before joining the faculty at Multnomah University, Professor Lohmolder spent almost 20 years working in business, primarily in marketing. Her career began in San Diego, where she marketed a property management company before joining the staff at Point Loma Nazarene University in graduate admissions. She joined the corporate marketing team at PETCO Animals Supplies, where she worked in field marketing and managed the sports marketing program. After PETCO, she moved to the corporate office of Jack in the Box restaurants where she led a team of marketing managers. Most recently, she directed marketing for an executive coaching company. She enjoyed her undergraduate experience at Northwest Nazarene University, a Christian liberal arts institution with small class sizes and caring professors, which made her excited to come to Multnomah University. During her M.B.A. program, she also studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Heather met her husband at Imago Dei Community Church where they still attend and help with the children’s program. In her spare time, you might find her running, biking, or hiking. She has participated in several half-marathons and competed twice in the Hood to Coast relay. She has also hiked the Inca Trail, Half Dome, and the Tour du Mont Blanc.
