Interim Director, Master of Arts in Counseling
Kristi Cash White, a lifelong Portlander, brings to MAC 25 years of clinical counseling experience and 10 years of adjunct teaching and internship supervision experience. Her years of experience have been in a church and nonprofit that she helped establish in inner Northeast Portland, at a local Christian school, in a community mental health practice, and in her private counseling practice. In 2023 she completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision where she wrote her dissertation on the Lived Experience of Black Male Counselors and was awarded for Excellence in Advocacy and Service from the University of the Cumberlands. Kristi has a passion for Northwest living—hiking, camping, and exploring whenever possible with her three young adult children with her husband, Allan. She is a faithful fan of the TrailBlazers and Timbers and enjoys watching sports of almost any kind.
