New Bible-Focused Scholarship for Undergraduate Students
Making a biblical education more accessible has always been fundamental to Multnomah University. Founded in 1936 as Multnomah School of the Bible under the leadership of Rev. John G. Mitchell, the vision for the school was to faithfully instruct men and women in the truths of God’s Word.
To this day, the Bible sits at the core of the institution. With the recent development of Multnomah School of the Bible, Theology & Ministry, and the continued graduation requirement that each undergraduate student take 18 credits worth of Bible and Theology courses, Multnomah still leans into Mitchell’s vision to instruct men and women in God’s Word.
In an effort to make a biblical education more accessible, we are introducing the Bible, Theology, and Ministry Scholarship, a $2,500 annual scholarship for students pursuing undergraduate programs within the School of the Bible, Theology & Ministry. Both new and returning students in these programs will be eligible to receive this scholarship, and will be able to renew it each year of their undergraduate studies.
We are proud to honor Rev. Mitchell’s vision through this and the many other bible-focused initiatives in place for students on campus. Learn more about financial aid at Multnomah.
