The Marketing Department has four options within its section of the Multnomah University Support Center (the ticket system). Under Marketing & Communications, you will now be able to submit any of the following requests:
1. New Nametags, Business Cards, or Signage
Executive Administrative Assistant Jenae Johnson will continue to be assisting with these requests.
2. Web Page Update
You can share the URL and your webpage update. We will not be designing new pages, but will be updating existing pages.
3. Social Media Post
Please submit your request with a caption and image/graphic. Please note, the Marketing Team may elect not to schedule your post due to the channel’s primary purpose, audience, or schedule. However, we will reach out if this is the case.
The Marketing Department has access to the following social media accounts:

- LinkedIn: Multnomah University
4. General Marketing Request
We will do our best to respond to your ticket within two business days with a status update for when we will be able to work on your request. Please allow at least two weeks’ notice for requests whenever possible.
