Alan Tovar

Alan was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, as the middle child to an older brother and a younger sister. During his time as a student at Multnomah he was a part of the men’s soccer team, and he also graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Alan is very food-driven, as he loves to try new foods all over Portland while also frequenting some of his favorite restaurants, such as Raising Canes. When asked about his new role at Multnomah, Alan said this, “I feel blessed to have become part of a beautiful community at MU surrounded by the beauty of nature and the presence of food and cultures from around the world.”

In his free time, Alan enjoys exploring the city and visiting different parks and viewpoints.
