2019 – 2020 Tuition & Financial Aid Overview

The information provided here pertains to undergraduate student-athletes enrolling at Multnomah University’s Portland campus for the first time in Fall 2019 or Spring 2020.

You must be enrolled in the full-time block tuition (12-18 lecture credits) to be considered for Multnomah institutional awards. Priority consideration is given to students who are admitted and have a valid FAFSA on file by August 1.

Multnomah Athletic Scholarship

As a Multnomah student-athlete, the amount identified on your athletic contract will encompass all institutional aid.  Contact your coach for more details.

You must be admitted to Multnomah with a signed Athletic Contract before an official offer of Financial Aid is made.

Diversity Scholarship
Amount Up to $3,000
Application Criteria Intended for full-time students who embody Multnomah's vision for developing an intentionally diverse academic community.
Deadline August 1
Global Ministry Scholarship
Amount $7,500
Application Criteria Intended for full-time third or fourth year Global Studies majors.
Deadline April 1

Additional application required. Available for those students who are committed to serving within a missions context in under-resourced communities in developing countries around the world where there is great need. Replaces the Multnomah Grant. Applicants may reapply each year to be considered for this scholarship.

Available for students who have participated in a “qualified visit” to Multnomah’s Portland campus before August 1st. Determination of a “qualified visit” is made by the Admissions and Financial Aid departments. Schedule a visit or call Admissions at 800.275.4672.

Application Criteria Undergraduate students who are Oregon residents and enrolled either half or full-time with financial need. Students with religious majors do not qualify for this grant.

A need-based grant managed by the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC). Available to students who are Oregon residents and have financial need as determined by the completed FAFSA.
Funds are limited, and students are encouraged to submit their FAFSA as soon as possible after October 1 each year in order to be considered. Students who are awarded this grant will be notified by the Financial Aid Office prior to the start of the academic year.
