Dr. Reynolds has expertise in Employee Motivation and Engagement, Performance Management, Work-Life Balance, and Employee Retention. Before joining MU, he worked in the private industry for over 17 years, holding various HR management positions.
His teaching philosophy presumes that every learner is unique and requires a stimulating educational environment to enable them to flourish spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and socially. His main goal is to create an educational atmosphere where learners can reach their full potential. Therefore, providing academic, emotional, spiritual, and career growth for young adults is important and a tremendous responsibility. At Multnomah University, he is fortunate to have the chance to perform this activity daily.
